Deep digital flexor tendon injury in horses


Flexor tendons do just the opposite. They allow tendons to bend inwardly. The two tendons, mentioned above, superficial digital flexor and deep digital flexor tendons, are the most commonly injured. They are located along the back of horse’s leg.
